Rich Edlin has been targeting striped bass for over 25 years, and knows where to find the big ones. He specializes in live bait fishing, and works his hardest to ensure you and the rest of your group enjoy the experience. The average fish is 10-15 lbs, with the occasional 30+ pounder. The limits are 2 fish of 22 inches or larger per person. Catfish and smallmouth bass are caught regularly and are not counted towards your limit. We also clean and bag your catch at no extra charge.

If you have your own boat and would like to learn how to fish for striped bass on Cumberland, we encourage you to fish with us for the first day, then use that knowledge to raise your chances of catching fish on your own. Rich offers continued support and direction for all of his customers, and will answer any questions you might have.

We provide everything necessary for the day’s trip, including all fishing equipment and fresh live bait.

All guests will need to bring a Kentucky Fishing License, lunch/drinks/snacks, and rain gear. Although the boat is covered, you’ll still want to cover up if it rains!

Kentucky is known for its beautiful striped bass, and Lake Cumberland is among the best destinations to catch them in this part of the region. It is truly a world class fishery!
